My Training Style
I work with complete beginners, fitness models, gym lovers, and sports athletes looking to enhance their performance, lose weight, increase muscle size, or generally improve their fitness levels and get into the best shape of their lives.
I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and coaching small groups. In my workouts, I like to incorporate a good amount of body weight and HIIT training along with some weightlifting – if you’re a bodybuilder I can help you too!
