Coach Oli’s - Chipper workout!
As the Irish Strength coach would say - "Finish the workout, and have a pint of Guinness when it's done."
20 minute time cap.
50 kettlebell swings 20kg/12kg
40 lunges
30 push-ups
20 pull-ups
10 burpees
*Every 5 minutes - 10 CAL on assault bike.
