It's finally the weekend.. soooo how about testing yourself with a little bit of a fitness challenge 😁 - Get through this workout and get your mates to join in. check your times and in a week from now try to beat your times.
“every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds.
*EMOM
*4 - 5 Rounds
- Alternating Db snatch x 8 Each side
- Front rack single arm Db carry- 20m each side
- Db Russian twists x 30
- Db Goblet squat x 10
- Rest 1 minute
